few days ago, a colleague of mine asked me an opinion on a talk real estate which was evaluating the project. E 'near my house ... and then I should figure it out.
Honestly, however, the real estate market at this moment I find it a bit difficult to interpret. That fear will lose clarity.
Today, however, I feel less alone on the face of confusion. As part of stress testing at banks, the Austrian regulator assumed ( here) that in case of recession, the value of the property will appreciate by about 2% this year and 2.7% next year.
Here, then, that I finally found the magic formula cyclical investment: just go to Vienna.
