The property sector has not innovation in its own chromosomes. Indeed, it seems to me that the supply of real estate products often tends to replicate itself.
Occasionally, however, check something. For example, I see only now the project Sociopolis in Valencia. New expansion on the edge of the urban structure with the offer, however, the vegetable gardens for the new urban dwellers. Each family, or rather, each buyer can have a surface to grow between 25 sqm and 100 sqm. I do not think its a revolution. And the agricultural landscape is, however, consumed. But the intervention in some way shows a few changes in lifestyle.
And when I think of my apartment with a garden on the ground floor of a building, in the Rules of which it is forbidden to cultivate its relevance discovery, then I'm not surprised that much of the visibility of Sociopolis.
