Let us see what would happen using the normal procedure of drafting the new PUC. In terms of local amenities such as ERS shares, would apply to a share due to which the provisions of artt.26 et seq. lr 38/07 and the SMI and ' Annex G PQR 2008-2011: the share of social housing required would have fallen to only 10% of its volume of building.
Under this option, therefore, to achieve the same result in terms of number of social housing, would It took more than 250 new homes, compared with 65 that were expected from the way typical of complex urban programs. An effort nearly four times higher.

Of course, the alternative could be to do nothing. There were 65 housing and, among these, there were not even the 25 social housing. Inaction is not new: the City does not have an accommodation only for the leasing office. Not because he has sold them. Not one has ever had.
The other alternative to achieve the same amount of social housing was a totally public investment of approximately € 3.3 million, to be located on areas to be expropriated. Considering that there is increasingly a problem to find € 50,000 more for some public work, the alternative may be fine, at most, for some campaigning.
